Taking the hassle out of your home makeover: Our window finance guide
24 May 2018 |Advice & Guidance
Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, SEH BAC are happy to help homeowners who prefer spreading the cost of their payment easily do so. To make life easy, we’ve put together this handy window finance guide which highlights all the payment plans available. Sometimes it makes sense to pay incrementally when replacing your home’s windows rather than forking out one big lump sum!
Three distinct window finance options
Removing the monetary boundaries of getting new windows fitted, we understand that different plans will work for different people. For this reason, SEH BAC’s finance comes in three distinct options each covering their own respective periods and unique benefits. Whichever type of window finance you select, homeowners can feel safe and comfortable knowing that all are regulated by the FCA.
So without further delay, let’s explore the ins and outs of what’s available when opting for finance from SEH BAC!
2 years interest free credit
Applicable to our entire collection of windows, doors, and conservatories, our 2 years interest free credit plan ensures you pay nothing on top of the original installation quote. It’s subject to application and status, but should you be successful you’ll be able to spread the cost over a 3 year period without incurring any interest.
Low rate option
Giving homeowners the ability to pay nothing for the first 3 months before spreading the cost over any period between 12 and 60 months, our low rate plan is a popular one. Interest can be paid back at a rate of either 4.9 or 5.9% APR representative, and all that’s required for those opting for this window finance plan is an initial deposit of £99. Time length is the main advantage of this plan.
Buy now pay later
The buy now pay later plan allows homeowners to pay nothing for 12 months. Available on all product lines, settle in full prior to the end of the 12 month deferral period and pay no interest, but a £29 exit fee applies. It’s the shortest window finance option we offer, for those who need a little room rather than paying out in full upfront.
