Yes, we only use our own surveyors. Each of our surveyors are trained to the highest standard and can plan for any home improvement, from the simplest of roofing to the most complicated bespoke house extensions.
Many of our installers have actually been with us for over 20 years. A prerequisite is that they are NVQ2 qualified and work within the stringent standards and guidelines also laid out by BSI.

We, SEH BAC, are affiliated to the Government endorsed TrustMark Scheme, which gives customer confidence with proven codes of practice in health & safety, customer care, quality of work, trading practices and customer care. SEH BAC are also regulated by FENSA (Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme). All windows and doors must comply with FENSA thermal performance standards and regulations.
